The 21^st Century Cures Act, with an implementation date of April 5, 2021, sets forth rules on Interoperability, Information Blocking, and ONC Health IT Certification. The act requires that all healthcare providers, including chiropractors, give patients access without charge to all the health information in their electronic medical records “without delay.”
