The record keeping process will be discussed, concentrating on care/management plans and daily office notes. Attendees will learn to use the case history and initial examination as patient education tools thus maximizing the doctor’s time with the patient.
13 credits apply to FL licensed doctors ONLY; all other states are only eligible to reveive 11 credits.
